Skip Johnson, state emergency medical technician coordinator for the Wyoming Department of Health and Emergency Services, presents the Wyoming EMT Educational Coordinator of the Year award to Kim Dunlap of Sheridan. Dunlap was presented the award in Cheyenne on Aug. 17 at the 43rd Wyoming Medical Trauma Conference, held under the auspices of the State of Wyoming Emergency Medical Services Office. Dunlap is a paramedic with Rocky Mountain Ambulance Service of Sheridan and teaches emergency medical responder and EMT classes at Sheridan College.
