AARP driver safety class April 9 and 10

SHERIDAN — An AARP two-day driver safety class will be offered April 9-10 from 1-4 p.m. at the Sheridan Senior Center, 211 Smith St.
The class will be taught by Rich Macht. The cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members.

This is a classroom refresher course designed for drivers age 50 and over. The class will cover the effects of aging on driving ability and strategies to compensate for these effects. It will also cover avoiding common accident situations and changes in today’s roads and vehicles.

Bring a driver’s license and AARP membership card.
