Gentrys celebrate 40th anniversary

SHERIDAN — Kim Tyler Gentry and Roseanne Elizabeth Gentry of Big Horn will have their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday.
The couple met in Sheridan and were married Aug. 11, 1973, at the old Holy Name Catholic Church in Sheridan.
Kim Gentry worked at XL Tire for 25 years. Since 2000 he has owned and operated Gentry’s Handyman Service.
Roseanne Gentry retired in 2013 after 26 years as a registered nurse at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She is now an independent distributor for Xango, a health and wellness company.
The couple has two children: Bryan (Melissa) Gentry of Sheridan and Christy (Dagan) Green of Big Horn.
They have four grandchildren.
An invitation-only anniversary celebration hosted by the Gentry’s children and their spouses will be Friday at the Big Horn Smokehouse and Saloon in Big Horn.
The couple will also celebrate with a September trip to Glacier National Park in Montana.
