Catch that pig!

SHERIDAN — Women dominated the action-packed night of pig wrestling Saturday at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.

Donning colorful tie-dyed shirts, sparkly head bands and covered in mud, the Blon Away Babes had the best time of the night, getting their pig in the barrel in a speedy 11.17 seconds.

The team was comprised of Chancey Rollins, Ashleah Linhart, Sasha Rollins and Allie Linhart.

Coming in second for the women’s division was the Hog Hunters with a time of 14.08 seconds, followed closely by the Powder Puff Girls with a time of 14.09 seconds.

 

Peewee Division

First place — Big Bad Wolves (Cooper Garber, Coye Gregory, Cade Baker and Collin Eisele)

Second place — Pig Busters (Justyce Lucas, Mason Manning, Caden Moreland and Boydohn Heyneman)

Third place — The Pork Chops (Landon Wood, Cache Wood, Austen Anderson and Braxten Anderson)

 

Intermediate Division

First place — Franks and Beans (Jayden Lobato, Dylan Lobato, Lilly Kelly and Emily Kelly)

Second place — Mini Pot Bellies (Justin Sorenson, Kyler Ostler, James Kitterman and Austin Moreland)
Men’s Division

First Place — Pot Bellies (Chris Sorenson, Jesse Sorenson, Curtis Sorenson and Chadd Wiseman)

Second Place — Cellular Hogs (Jerry Foster, Andon Ficker, Dylan Dalton and Harley Billings)

Third Place — Boss Hogs (Jacob Martin, Allan Ross, Dony McPeak and Ray Austin)
