Trail End State Historic Site, also known as the Kendrick Mansion, will hold its annual volunteer docent training Thursday. This training is for anyone interested in giving guided tours of the historic home. Kendrick Mansion is the former home of U.S. Sen. John B. Kendrick and represents the time period of 1913-1933. The training will be offered from 9-11 a.m. at the mansion. As the majority of tours offered are for school groups, weekday availability of volunteers are appreciated. For more information or to reserve a spot call curator Sharie Prout at 674-4589. The Trail End State Historic Site is located at 400 Clarendon Ave.
