SHERIDAN — Kristin Raths and Christopher Allen of Sheridan are engaged to be married July 6 in Sheridan.

Raths is a 2001 Big Horn High School graduate and a 2007 agri-business graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont.

She currently works as an assistant supervisor at the Sheridan County Weed and Pest Control District.

Her parents are the late Lesa Raths-Whitaker and Greg and Rebecca Raths of Huntley, Mont.

Allen is a 2004 graduate of John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, W.Va., and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va., with a Bachelor of Science in petroleum and natural gas engineering.

He is currently employed as the manager of operational support for Exterran Water Management Services in Sheridan.

Allen is the son of Richard and Lynn Allen of Glen Dale, W.Va.
