SHERIDAN — The 4A East conference golf meet was cut short by rain Tuesday, so the final results came from Monday’s first-round scores. Those first-day scores produced three titles for the Sheridan High School golf team.

The Sheridan girls dominated the leaderboard and brought home both the team and individual crowns, while Kirby Coe-Kirkham concluded his hot spring run with a title in the boys meet.

The Lady Broncs finished with a 260, 64 strokes better than second-place Cheyenne East (324). Laramie was third, Central was fourth and South was fifth.

Victoria Owings won the meet with an 83 on the first day. Kayla Allen tied for second with an 88, and Molly Butler was fourth with an 89. Schylar Wallace (94) and Abbie Ressler (100) also finished in the top-10 at sixth and eighth, respectively.

Coe-Kirkham, who scored a 69 in his first three matches of the spring, finished with a 72 Monday to take the top prize in the boys meet.

He edged out Cheyenne East’s Ben Cole by 3 strokes.

Andrew Mavrakis was Sheridan’s second-best finisher with a 90, and Noah Erickson shot a 98.

The Sheridan boys finished fourth with a 364. East won the meet with a 317, while Cheyenne Central (324) and Gillette (338) rounded out the top three.
