Sanders promoted to VP at Bank of Sheridan

SHERIDAN — Darold Destefano, president of The Bank of Sheridan, a branch bank of Buffalo Federal Bank recently announced that Nathan P. Sanders has been promoted to vice president of the bank.

Sanders has been with the bank’s lending team for the past seven years and specializes in commercial and agricultural lending.

Destefano said Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Wyoming’s College of Business. Sanders will also begin a three-year enrollment at the Colorado School of Banking this summer.

The Union at the Montgomery to host grand opening

SHERIDAN — The Union at the Montgomery will host its grand opening Friday from 5-8 p.m.

The vision for the Union is a place where like-minded people can come together to share their talents in a co-op fashion.

The Union at the Montgomery will have a variety of quirky items for sale such as light fixtures, one-of-a-kind finds, furniture, décor, clothing and more.

Bought Beautifully and Jules and Co. will add to the items for sale at the store along with items that come and go from Born in a Barn.

Art by Jeff Poulson, a retired art teacher from Sheridan High School, and Sara Von Krosigk will also be at The Union.

The grand opening will feature WYO Thai Food and The Vanderbooth, a mobile photobooth.

The Union is located at 15 W. Brundage St.
