SHERIDAN — Sheridan Parks Division staff, in conjunction with the Sheridan Recreation District and the Wellness Council of Sheridan County, will hold its annual Park2Park run/bike/stroll event on the Sheridan pathways on June 8.

Join your neighbors for a morning of fun, exercise and fresh air and enjoy Sheridan’s pathways and parks.

The event starts at 8 a.m. with registration and the run/bike/stroll begins at 8:30 a.m.

Meet at South Park, located near the intersection of South Sheridan Avenue and Brundage Lane.

The route will be from South Park to North Park and back.
It’s five miles one-way and 10 miles if you do the round-trip.
You don’t have to go the entire distance — just go as far as you want.

The Sheridan Trolley will be available if you need a lift getting back from North Park.

Special wellness activities for a healthy lifestyle will be presented at the different parks along the way.

T-shirts will be given out as long as supplies last.
