SHERIDAN — A donation from Fremont Toyota as allowed the Sheridan Public Arts Committee to complete the purchase of “Huckleberry Daze,” a sculpture by Jerry McCellar.

The sculpture has been on loan and displayed on the corner of Main Street and Coffeen Avenue in front of the Downtown Sheridan Associaton.

Thursday, there will be an unveiling and ribbon cutting ceremony for this newest permanent work of public art.

The ceremony will be from 5:30-6 p.m. in the community park in front of the DSA.
