Presidential ‘right’ to kill Americans

Re: Brennan confirmation

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has been filibustering President Barack Obama’s nomination for CIA Director, John Brennan. Why? Because Brennan believes the president has the right to kill any American, in the U.S., with a drone strike, or by any other means, without due process of law.

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has told Attorney General Eric Holder that President Obama has that “right.” Holder told Sen. Cruz that any legislation to deny the president this right would be “unconstitutional.”

U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, is also deeply concerned about the attitude of Brennan and Holder and their lack of respect for due process.

President Obama and his henchmen (Brennan, Holder) are clearly violating the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The Fifth Amendment reads, in part: “No person…shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law….”

When will Americans finally understand why President Obama wants to destroy the Second Amendment (the right to bear and keep arms)? Because only then can he destroy the rest of the Constitution.

Which person does President Obama envision himself today?

• Barack Obama, president of the U.S., 2013, A.D.

• Barack Obama, Emperor of Rome, 44 B.C.

• Barack Obama, Reichsfuhrer of Germany, 1933-1945.

• Or, all of the above?
