SHERIDAN — Youth ages 6-17 are invited to learn a variety of outdoor skills in a fun and encouraging environment at the Greenwings Youth Festival to be held June 13.

The free event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Sheridan County Sportsman’s Association. It was coordinated by Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Joey’s Fly Fishing Foundation, Rocky Mountain Ambulance and Wyoming Game and Fish.

Activities planned for the Greenwings event include duck calling, gun safety, target shooting, archery, fly casting and first aid.

Parents are welcome to attend, and lunch will be provided.

To register and provide a count for lunch, including siblings and parents, call Shelly at 751-7143 or Steve at 673-0705.

The Sheridan County Sportsman’s Association is located at 89 Keystone Road.
