SHERIDAN — The Sheridan College Foundation will present the final sessions in the “Insight: The Sheridan College Lecture and Workshop Series” with study groups, a lecture and workshop this week.

Free study groups will meet this week to discuss Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s book “Flow: The Psychology of the Optimal Experience.”

Csikszentmihalyi will then present “Finding Flow” on Friday, a lecture on the book.

Friday’s lecture is free and open to all at 7 p.m. in the presentation hall in the Sheridan College Whitney Academic Center. A reception and book signing will follow.

Finally, a workshop of his material will follow on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the same place. The workshop will cost $50 for participants in the study group and $75 for those who do not participate. To register or for more information call 674-6446 extension 4303 or see
