SHERIDAN — Sheridan Memorial Hospital is seeking a design for their 2013 Christmas card.

All third-, fourth- and fifth-grade students are welcome to submit artwork for consideration.

Submissions will be judged by a committee and the overall winner’s design will be used on the card and will also receive a $50 cash prize.

All entries will be displayed in the hospital lobby, space permitting.

Entries must be turned in or mailed by Nov. 25.

Art must be approximately 8.5-inches-by-11 inches with no mat or border.

Art should have a Christmas theme, not be mechanically or electronically generated, must be the original creation of the child, should be in color and the child’s name should be neatly printed on the back side of the artwork, not the front.

One entry per child.
