SHERIDAN — Sheridan’s biggest hoops rival heard surprising news this week.

Thirty-year Campbell County High School basketball coach Mike Curry has resigned, as reported by the Basin Radio Network Tuesday.

Curry won 12 state championships as Camels head man with 605 career wins.

Most recently, the Camels won in 2008 and 2011, falling short of a state title this year after losing in the 2013 class 4A state semifinals.
